How it works
We publish the brief
Open Build missions posted publicly. Each carries a £10K Builder Grant. Builders apply.
48 hours to build
200+ builders in London. Teams form, receive tools and APIs, and build a working product from scratch.
Live demos, grants awarded
Teams demo to judges. Builder Grants awarded to the strongest products.
Incubation and launch
Winning teams enter 90-day incubation. Seed funding consideration. Community investment rounds. Products launched through the Foundation's partner network.
What happens after the Buildathon
90-Day Incubation
Winning teams get mentorship, technical support, and a structured programme to take their product from prototype to launch-ready.
Seed Funding and Community Rounds
Top teams are considered for angel syndicate funding and open community investment rounds. Real capital for real products.
Distribution through the Foundation
The Foundation manages distribution through our network of partner companies and connections. Builders focus on building. We handle the route to market.
Candidate Missions
Three missions will be selected before applications open. Each carries a £10,000 Builder Grant.
