Foundation Constitution
A formal charter defining our mission, ethical red lines, and governance principles. The Foundation cannot be sold or its mission altered without trustee approval.
Board of Trustees
Iman Sayam (Chair), Aafreen Arshad, and Shomsia Ali. Responsible for strategic oversight and mission protection.
Ethics Advisory Council
Advisory body providing oversight on income, investments, and compliance with the Foundation's ethical principles.
